A few weeks ago a data analyst I know shamed me (unintentionally, or so I hear) via graph about how long it takes me to respond to emails. This article from the NY Times, which uses graphs to show how 294 unemployed people pass their days, demonstrates both where people invest their time and how data behave differently depending on how you look.
