I am very, very happy to share that one of my poems, “This Ocean,” has won the Poet’s Billow 2016 Bermuda Triangle Prize. (So fitting! The poem is about oceans, and disappearing.) Not only that, but the editors of the Poet’s Billow also took “It Catches Us All in Turn,” the first piece to be published from the writing I did after a trip to Vietnam several years ago. These two pieces are sentimentally valuable to me, and I’m so glad they’ve found a good home.
