No one will mistake me for an avid sports fan, but I do have a weakness for baseball. The newest installment of “Field Notes” addresses what happens when I venture to a game in a different city and run into some people who are louder and more crass than my beloved Sox fans, which should not be possible under our current understanding of human life forms.
